Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Service

The Place offers a digital subscription (membership) service. Our services do not involve the delivery of physical products and, therefore, there are no shipping or delivery costs.

2. Service Activation

Access to the services included in the subscription is activated immediately after payment confirmation by the NETOPIA Payments payment processor. Confirmation is usually completed within a few seconds of the transaction.

3. Information Communication

After subscription activation, the member will be added to dedicated communication groups (WhatsApp) and will receive information about upcoming events via email and through these groups. Event access details are communicated at least 48 hours before the event date.

4. Event Access

Participation in events organized by The Place takes place in person, at the locations communicated to members. Travel to event locations is the responsibility of each member.
