Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

The Place subscription can be cancelled at any time, without penalties and without the need to provide a reason. There are no long-term obligations.

2. Cancellation Methods

You can cancel your subscription by:

• Accessing the "Billing" section in your account on the website.
• Sending an email to [email protected] with a cancellation request.

3. Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Until that date, you will continue to enjoy all membership benefits (access to events, groups, reduced prices).

After the expiration date, the subscription will no longer renew automatically, and access to member benefits will cease.

4. Refunds

No partial refunds are granted for the remaining period of the current subscription month.

Exception: within 14 days of the first purchase, in accordance with GEO 34/2014, you have the right of withdrawal with a full refund, provided that the service has not been accessed (event participation, group access).

5. Subscription Reactivation

If you wish to return after cancellation, you can go through the subscription purchase process again directly on the website.
